Shipping Locations

EazyFoam™ currently ships Australia-wide only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary by location.

Estimated delivery: 6–12 business days.

Metro areas may receive orders sooner.
These timeframes include order processing and transit time.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and courier availability.
Certain promotions may include flat-rate or discounted shipping.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.
EazyFoam™ is not responsible for:

  • incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • delays caused by address errors

  • re-delivery or return-to-sender fees

We will investigate the issue with our logistics partners.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • photo or video evidence

We will arrange a replacement or an appropriate resolution.


Customs and Import Fees

All orders ship from our partner warehouses.
Customers within Australia will not be charged customs duties or import fees.
