EazyFoam™ Refund & Return Policy

We want you to feel confident and supported with every purchase.
Please read our refund and return guidelines below.


1. 30-Day Quality Guarantee

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not functioning properly, you are eligible for a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery.

To process a claim, please email us at info@eazyfoam.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photo or video evidence

Our support team will review your claim and arrange the appropriate solution.


2. Change-of-Mind Returns

Because our products are personal-use hygiene items, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once the package has been opened.

Unopened items may be eligible for return within 14 days,
but return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact us before sending any items back.


3. Incorrect or Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, colour, or variant, we will replace the product at no additional cost.
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

4. Issues Caused by Improper Use

Refunds or replacements may not be granted for:

  • Damage caused by drops, impact, or misuse

  • Exposure to harsh chemicals or cleaning agents

  • Modifications or disassembly

  • Normal wear and tear

If you're unsure whether the issue qualifies, simply contact us and we will review your case.


5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order is fulfilled, cancellation is no longer possible.

6. Returns Process

If your return or replacement is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back (if required).
Do not return any products without contacting us first.

Depending on the issue, we may:

  • Ship a replacement unit

  • Offer a refund

  • Provide an alternative solution

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or card provider

  2. Allow 3–7 business days for processing

  3. Contact us if the refund does not appear after this period
